Ruth van Bloois – Founder/Africa Travel Expert

 

A native of Southern Africa, Ruth is an avid world explorer with a natural affection for Africa; her people, the culture, pristine landscapes and incredible wildlife. Born in Lusaka – Zambia: Ruth was exposed to varied lands of exceptional scenic beauty, diverse African cultures and their uniqueness that she treasured Travel & Tourism at an early age thereby instigating her passion for the industry.

 

Settling in Livingstone - Africa's Adventure Capital, Ruth joined Valley Ventures Ltd, managing the Overland Campsite, Day Activity Centre & Central Reservations. In 2004 she joined Bushtracks Africa, one of the leading DMC in Southern Africa as Reservations Manager. Particularly awed with Cape Town after numerous vacations, she & her daughter relocated in 2006, joining yet another dynamic travel company up until 2010 when she established African Courtesy Tours. In 2014 – a newlywed, Ruth joined her family in the Netherlands where she subsequently founded Tru Xperience.

 

Ruth is a devoted African travel expert boasting over two and a half decades of professional travel experience with emphasis on Sub-Saharan Africa & Indian Ocean Islands. A specialist with exceptional first-hand knowledge and experience designing, developing & executing top-class dream & memorable Africa travel journeys for her clients. She is enthusiastic about sharing the phenomenal beauty of Africa & creating authentic life-long memories for discerning clients.
